Drive-Thru Service
The drive-thru and afterhours drop box are now closed.
Counter Service:
Counter Service is available in the Official Records, Civil, Criminal, and Traffic departments without needing an appointment.
Appointments are still required for Passports and Photos, Marriage Licenses and Ceremonies, and Research.
The Finance and Accounting and Offsite Records Departments are open to the public.

Requests for copies or certified copies of any records may be emailed to osr@alachuaclerk.org
Marriages
Marriage license and wedding ceremony services are available, but on an appointment basis only. To make an appointment please call 352-374-3623.
Wedding ceremonies will take place outside, in front of the civil courthouse (weather permitting). There is no limit to the number of guests that are permitted to attend, but all social distancing and face covering guidelines must be followed. If there is inclement weather, the ceremony will take place inside the courthouse lobby, and the number of guests will be limited to two (2).
Passports
Passport and photo services are available on an appointment basis. Please call 352-374-3625 to schedule an appointment.

Jury Service
Enhanced health-safety procedures and a modified juror experience are in place. A COVID-19 specific juror excusal request form is included with the summons.

Office Safety
Partitions, enhanced cleaning, and safety procedures have been put in place to limit the spread of COVID-19 at the Clerk’s Office. When conducting business with the office, all guidelines regarding social distancing and face covering need to be followed.
