ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Commission will conduct two Special Meetings on Thursday, August 6, 2015 to discuss development of the fiscal year 2016 budget. Both meetings are in the Grace Knight Conference Room, located on the second floor of the Alachua County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, downtown Gainesville).
The first meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. The second meeting is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
The public is invited to attend the meetings. The 10 a.m. meeting will be available to view live on Cox Channel 12 and on the County's Video on Demand website. The 1:30 p.m. special County Commission meeting may be viewed on the County’s Video on Demand website. It will be preempted on Cox Channel 12 by the regular meeting of the Gainesville City Commission at 1 p.m.
