ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – At the Alachua County Commission Special Meeting on June 7, 2016, Alachua County Manager Lee A. Niblock presented the Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 Tentative Budget and the FY17 Budget Message.

In the message, Niblock stated, “In my County Charter assigned role of Chief Administrative Officer, it is my distinct pleasure to offer you the FY17 Tentative Budget and the annual Budget Message.” He continued saying, “The FY17 Tentative Budget recommendations include funding the Children’s Services Council, the creation of a Stormwater/Cleanwater Fund, the Fairgrounds relocation, and a concerted and sustainable initiative to increase the diversity of our workforce.”
