ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, November 3, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting is in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (room 209) on the Second Floor of the County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, downtown Gainesville).

Items of interest on the agenda:

Greenhouse Church Planned Development - Phase 1 – This Public Hearing is to consider a Final Development Plan and Floodplain Development Permit for an approximately 70,055 sq. ft. place of worship and accessory buildings on approximately 50.35 acres located at 10924 N.W. 39th Avenue. Thornton Place Planned Development - Arbours at Jonesville – This Public Hearing is to consider a Preliminary Development Plan for an 87 unit multifamily senior living facility on approximately 8.50 acres located in the 137-140 block of N.W. 8th Lane.
