ZOM-02-18 (Dixie Oil Rezoning) – This is a request by Clay Sweger of eda, inc., agent for Dixie Petroleum Co., Inc. and Dixie Oil Co. of Florida, Inc., owners, to rezone from ‘BH’ (Highway Oriented Business) district to ‘BA’ (Automotive Oriented Business) district on approximately 2 acres located at 17141 and 17107 S.E. CR 234. These properties have a land use designation of Tourist/Entertainment and are located on parcel numbers 16854-010-000; 16854-011-002 and 16854-011-000.
