Public Notice of Team Meeting for Application Review and Negotiations for Camp McConnell

The Alachua County Procurement Division announces a series of public meeting for fact-finding and negotiating with applicants regarding Camp McConnell. All of the meetings are held in the Alachua County Tax Collectors Conference Room at the Alachua County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street 1st Floor, Gainesville). These meetings are subject to change or cancellation.

At the meetings, staff will review, clarify, and negotiate the price and the terms of the applications to best promote public or community interests and welfare. Staff will present their findings to the County Commission for 19-913 Notice of Intent to Accept Applications for Conveyance or Lease pursuant to §125.38, Florida Statutes, or for Partnership or Management pursuant to §163.01, Florida Statutes, of Camp McConnell to the Board of County Commissioners.

The meetings are on:

  • Monday, March 25, 2019, at 9 a.m. 
  • Wednesday, March 27, at 8:30 a.m. 
  • Thursday March 28, at 8:30 a.m.
