ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - The Alachua County Extension Office is pleased to announce a free financial program entitled "New Credit Laws and Managing Your Credit in 2010," on February 16, 2010, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Alachua County Extension Office (2800 NE 39th Ave., Gainesville).
- Several new credit laws become effective in February 2010 so learn how they may affect you and your credit.
- Please note that this program is also suggested for high school juniors, seniors and their parents. Helping students and young workers become financially knowledgeable is especially important in today's economy.
