Special Use Permit Item May be Rescheduled

ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – At the June 28, 2011 Public Hearing, pending Alachua County Commission approval,  application ZOS-05-10, a proposed personal wireless service facility at the Tower Road Public Library will be rescheduled for July 12, 2011. 

 

Application ZOS-05-10 is a request by Mary Solik, Esq., agent for T-Mobile South, LLC, applicant, and Alachua County Library District, owner, for a special use permit in an A (Agriculture) district and Institutional Land Use designation to allow a 130 foot unipole PWSF (Personal Wireless Service Facility) on approximately 10.06 acres located at 3020 SW 75th Street on Tax Parcel Number 06850-003-000.  If the rescheduling is approved, the public hearing will be re-advertised and held on July 12, 2011 at 5 p.m.
