ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - The Alachua County Public Works Dept. announces an emergency lane closure on the west bound lane of NW 23rd Ave. at the 5900 block near the Misty Hollow subdivision and Buchholz High School. The closure is due to a small depression opening in the road.
Citizens should expect traffic delays until the repair is completed. Public Works is estimating the lane should reopen at approximately 9 p.m.
