ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, May 5, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting is in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (room 209) on the Second Floor of the County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, downtown Gainesville).

Johnston Boat Dock and Boathouse - This public hearing is to consider a Final Development Plan and Floodplain Development Permit for the replacement of an existing dock and boathouse that exceeds 20% of the lateral shoreline on approximately 1.12 acres at 719 Seminole Ridge Road, Melrose. Gainesville Area Rowing Club – This public hearing is to consider a Preliminary and Final Development Plan, Exception from the Requirement to Connect to centralized potable water and sanitary sewer systems and Floodplain Development Permit for a boathouse, a boat dock and rowing club facilities consisting of two non-residential buildings totaling approximately 7,000 sq. ft. on approximately 2.56 acres at 151 S.E. 74th Street.
