Clerk of the Circuit Court, J.K. “Jess” Irby, Esq., has announced Project Fresh Start. For one week only, from June 10, through June 14, 2019, the Clerk’s Office will accept payment on overdue Alachua County traffic fines and court costs and waive the collection fees. Outstanding costs must be paid in full, and in-person, at one of the two courthouses to take advantage of the offer.
The Courthouses are located at 201 E. University Avenue and 220 S. Main Street in Gainesville.
“The Alachua County Clerk’s Office is offering Project Fresh Start to help people clear off the court associated debts that may be holding them back and start fresh,” said J.K. Jess Irby. “This is a rare and unique opportunity to save up to 35% in collection surcharges.”
