Joint Commission Meeting: Alachua County and City of Waldo

ALACHUA COUNTY — The Alachua County Board of County Commissioners is taking government to the people. The Commission is continuing to hold a series of open meetings in municipalities throughout the County.

The next meeting will be a joint meeting with the City of Waldo at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 13. The meeting will be held at the Yerkes Center, 14245 Cole St., Waldo, FL.

The agenda for the meeting will include a discussion of:

  • Businesses coming to the County that affect the City of Waldo
  • Annexation
  • Communications (Sheriff’s Department)
  • Law Enforcement / Fire / MSTU or Assessment
  • Stormwater / MSBU

The meeting will also provide an opportunity for citizen comments and questions.
