ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, October 6, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting is in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (room 209) on the Second Floor of the County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, downtown Gainesville).

Items of interest on the agenda:

Watson C&D Debris Disposal Facility - This Public Hearing is to consider a Revised Final Development Plan for a construction and demolition debris fill operation on approximately 43.00 acres located at 20103 S.W. Oak Hall School Planned Development Phase I - This Public Hearing is to consider a Final Development Plan and Floodplain Development Permit for roadway infrastructure and athletic fields on approximately 43.26 acres located at 8009 S.W. 14th Avenue. Park Lane Planned Development Phases IIB and III - The Mayfair Unit 1 - This Public Hearing is to consider a Final Development Plan and Floodplain Development Permit for an approximately 243 multi-family dwelling units, a 6,000 sq. ft. amenities center and approximately 5,100 sq. ft. of non-residential on approximately 15.84 acres located in the 7300 - 7700 block of S.W.
