Detours and Lane Closures

ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - Today the Alachua County Public Works Department announced upcoming detour and lanes closures on SW 43rd Street (North of SW 24th Ave. to SW 20th Ave.).  The lane closures are necessary to install drainage pipes in association with the SW 62nd Blvd interim projects.  

 

Daily lane closures on SW 43rd St. will begin on March 7, 2011 at 7 a.m. and end on March 11, 2011 at 5 p.m.  Southbound traffic will be detoured to SW 38th Terr.  Local traffic needing to access the affected segment of SW 43rd Street from SW 20th Ave. to SW 24th Ave. will use the SW 43rd/SW 24th Ave. intersection.
