Our Responsibilities

The department oversees three primary areas:

• Projects: This includes capital improvements, renovations, and preservation projects. We plan and execute these projects to ensure our facilities continue to meet standards for functionality and aesthetics.
• Maintenance: Our skilled team addresses routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs. From HVAC systems to electrical work, we handle all aspects of building upkeep.
• Custodial Services: We take pride in maintaining clean, well-organized spaces for both employees and visitors. Our custodial team is dedicated to creating environments that are welcoming and safe.
