Tools for Schools Schedule

Special Announcement June 12, 2025

The Tools for Schools main location will not be open on June 19, 2025, in observance of the Juneteenth Holiday. The Tools for Schools Main Location will also be closed June 25-26, 2025.

The Tools for Schools Mobile Unit does not run during the summer. The schedule for Tools for Schools Mobile 2025-2026 will be posted at a later date.

Tools for Schools Hours of Operation

Tools for Schools Main is open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2:30PM - 5:00PM. Please be advised that teachers will NOT be admitted into the building after 4:45 PM. All teachers and their vehicles should be off property by 5:00 PM.

Tools for Schools is staffed by County employees who are not authorized for overtime. When teachers do not respect our operating hours, you put our staff and our program at risk. If you cannot come during our posted hours, please contact me at acarinio@alachuacounty.us and we will be happy to meet your needs during other days or hours.
