meeting imageThe Alachua County Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, at 6 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (room 209) on the second floor of the County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, downtown Gainesville).

ZOS-01-20 (Vertex Personal Wireless Service Facility Special Use Permit) – This is a request by Vertex Development, LLC, agents, for Bird & Minzenberg, owners, for a Special Use Permit for a Tier 3 personal wireless service facility (PWSF). The site is in the “A” (Agricultural) zoning district and has a future land use designation of Rural/Agriculture (1 dwelling unit/5 acres). The site is a 100 ft. by 100 ft. portion (approximately 0.229 acres) of the southern portion of tax parcel number 18442-002-000, accompanied by an easement road through tax parcel number 18442-000-000. These two parcels together total approximately 15.8 acres and are located on N.E. 194th Place, near Earleton.
