The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2024, in the Jack Durrance Auditorium at the Alachua County Administration Building (12 SE 1st St., Gainesville). This meeting begins at 1:30 p.m.
The committee will take public comments in person only. The meeting will not be available on Cox Cable Channel 12. The public may view the meeting on the AC TV app (Apple TV, Amazon Fire, Roku), and the county’s Video on Demand website.
Items for the Development Review Committee include:
Elwood Family Homestead Subdivision – This is a preliminary and final plan for a 4-lot family homestead subdivision on approximately 35.6 acres. It is located on tax parcel number 07745-004-000 at 2275 NW 156th Ave.
Gainesville Climate Controlled 75th Street Storage Facility – This is a final development plan to construct an approximately 110,000 square-foot self-storage facility with associated infrastructure improvements on approximately 2.77 acres. It is located on tax parcel numbers 06656-002-013 and 06653-002-012 at 606 NW 75th St..
Woodlands Lot 11 – This is a replat to amend setbacks to current zoning district standards on approximately 0.24 acres. It is located on tax parcel number 06668-400-011 at 7813 SW 9th Place.
