3-3-22 Development Review Committee Meeting

The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at the Alachua County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, Gainesville). This meeting begins at 1:30 p.m. Masks are strongly encouraged when social distancing is not possible.

The Committee will take public comment in person only. The public may view the meeting on the County's Video on Demand website.

Laureate Village TND Amenity Center – This is a Revised Final Development Plan Review for an amenity center with a pool, pavilions, restroom, multi-game sports court, and playground on approximately 1.12 acres located on Tax Parcel Number 04346-102-098 in the 14600 block S.W. 8th Avenue. Staff Report and Back-up Materials

St. Francis Catholic Academy PD – New Buildings – This is a Revised Final Development Plan Review for the addition of five accessory structures to an existing private school property on approximately 66.25 acres located on Tax Parcel Number 04193-005-000 at 4100 N.W. 115th Terrace. Staff Report and Back-up Materials
