The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, May 16, 2024, in the Jack Durrance Auditorium at the Alachua County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, Gainesville). This meeting begins at 1:30 p.m.
The Committee will take public comments in person only. The meeting will not be available on Cox Cable Channel 12. The public may view the meeting on the AC TV app (Apple TV, Amazon Fire, Roku), and the County’s Video on Demand website.
Alachua County Cuscowilla Fire Station – This is a Preliminary and Final Development Plan for to construct a 1,920-sf apparatus building and infrastructure improvements in Phase 1, as well as proposing a future phase with a maximum of 33,652-sf of impervious area and associated infrastructure on approximately 5.0 acres. It is located on a portion of Tax Parcel Number 16392-000-000 at 12264 S US Hwy 441.
Newberry Park Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) Block 2 - This is a Final Development Plan to construct a proposed gas station, restaurant with drive-through, and various other commercial uses totaling approximately 22,550 sf on approximately 1.30 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 04322-001-002 at 12186 NW 7th Place.
Flint Rock Agrihood Rural Cluster Subdivision – Phases 2A and 2B - This is a Final Plat to revise an existing plat into phases on approximately 381.60 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Numbers 04490-000-000 and 04490-010-000 in the 5000 block of SW 122nd Street.
