ZOM-01-21 (Rezoning from R-1a District to R-1c District) – This is a request by FAFF, Inc. and Willie L. Jones, owner and agent, to rezone from ‘R-1a’ (Single Family Residential) district to ‘R-1c’ (Single Family Residential) district with a Low-Density Residential (more than 1 dwelling unit but less than 4 dwelling units per acre) land use. The parcel is approximately 5.78 acres on parcel number 16134-053-000, located at 2303 S.E. 27th Street. The application, if approved, would permit the placement of a manufactured home on the parcel to serve as a parsonage. This parcel also presently contains a place of religious assembly. The R-1c zoning allows both manufactured homes as well as site-built homes to be constructed. For more information, contact Senior Planner Gerald L. Brewington at 352-374-5249 or
