Development Review Committee MeetingThe Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, June 20, 2019, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (room 209) of the County Administration Building located at 12 S.E. 1st Street downtown Gainesville.

Project 2019040104 – Preliminary Development Plan Review – Tara Estates – This is a Preliminary Development Plan Review for a 45 lot single family residential subdivision on approximately 14.80 acres located on Tax Parcel Numbers 04412-010-000 and 04412-011-000 south of S.W. 8th Avenue and east of S.W. 143rd Street in the block of S.W. 8th Avenue.
