September Environmental Horticulture Program

The UF/IFAS Extension Alachua County Office is pleased to announce the following Environmental Horticulture program for September 2022. This program is being offered by Dr. Cynthia Nazario-Leary, Environmental Horticulture Agent, and Master Gardener Volunteers.  

Vegetable Gardening for Beginners – September 13, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Alachua County Ag Auditorium (22716 W. Newberry Road, Newberry)

Inflation is cutting into everybody’s budget, including at the grocery store. This program teaches how to grow vegetables in raised beds year-round and save money.

There is no registration fee. Participants must register online. This program is limited to 50 participants.
