The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at the Alachua County Administration Building (12 SE 1st St., Gainesville). This meeting begins at 1:30 p.m.
The committee will take public comments in person only. The meeting is not available on Cox Channel 12, the AC TV app (Apple TV, Amazon Fire, Roku), or the county’s video-on-demand website.
Items for the Development Review Committee meeting:
Holmes Family Homestead Subdivision – This is a Preliminary and Final Development Plan for the Holmes’ Family Homestead Subdivision to construct a 6-lot family homestead subdivision on approximately 61.60 acres. It is located on all of Tax Parcel Number 02937-000-000 and a portion of 00071-000-000 at 20315 NW 218th Ave and 20404 NW 210th Ave.
Flint Rock Agrihood Phase 2B – This plat revision is for Flint Rock Agrihood Phase 2B, which includes 17 lots on approximately 23.54 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 04490-000-000 in the 5000 block of SW 122nd Street.
South Pointe - Ph II Unit IIB Lot 30 – This is a replat for South Pointe - Ph II Unit IIB Lot 30 for a single lot replat to adjust the property line on approximately 0.18 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 04321-203-030 at 1543 NW 118th Street.
