ALACHUA COUNTY - The Alachua County Public Works Department announces upcoming lane closures on NW/SW 91st Street from SW 8th Avenue to Newberry Road. The lane closures will take place from 7 a.m. -7 p.m. beginning on Tuesday, May 8, 2012.
Construction crews will begin work on repairing damaged asphalt and placing the final course of asphalt. The work is expected to begin on Tuesday, May 8th and is expected to take 2-3 weeks to complete the final course of asphalt. After completion of the final course of asphalt there may be continued intermittent lane closures as the contractor prepares the site for final completion.
