ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, July 7, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting is in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (room 209) on the Second Floor of the County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, downtown Gainesville).

Items of interest on the agenda:

Celebration Pointe Transit Oriented Development – S.W. 43rd Street and S.W. 32nd Road Extension Phase 2 - This public hearing is to consider a Final Development Plan for the extension of S.W. 43rd Street from Archer Road to S.W. 45th Street. Celebration Pointe Transit Oriented Development - Boat Inventory Lot – This public hearing is to consider a Final Development Plan for the Bass Pro Shops Inventory Lot - outside transit supportive area on approximately 5.22 acres located at 3310 S.W. 43rd Street. Owenby Boat Dock and Boathouse – This public hearing is to consider a Final Development Plan and Floodplain Development Permit for a proposed new boathouse for boat dock over 1000 sq. ft. on approximately 0.60 acres located at 3398 S.E.
