CHOICES is a health services program offered by the Alachua County Board of Commissioners. The program is designed to help working uninsured residents of Alachua County stay healthy. Through partnerships with local medical and dental care providers, CHOICES provides access to services that many people need, but may put off due to a lack of adequate health coverage.
