ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, February 20, 2013, at 6 p.m., in room 209 of the County Administration Building located at 12 SE 1st Street downtown Gainesville.

Item for the Planning Commission

ZOM-01-13 (Planned Development Amendment) A request by Craig Brashier of Causseaux, Hewett and Walpole, Inc., agent for Arbor Greens Community, LLC, owners, to amend the Arbor Greens Planned Development (Arbor Greens PD) by extending the buildout date until December 31, 2024, consolidating the existing (3) three phases into one (1) phase, and distributing  the open space, tree canopy coverage, and vested trips to development areas within the PD as shown on the revised Zoning Master Plan, on approximately 152 acres in Land Use designations of Office/Residential, Commercial, Medium Density Residential (4-8 units/acre) and Low Density Residential (1-4 units/acre) located at 250 NW 136th Street on Tax Parcel Numbers 04307-001-000; 04307-001-001; 04311-000-000; 04338-000-000; 04338-001-000; 04338-003-000 and 04338-010-000 through 04338-010-105.
