ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – The Alachua County Commission will conduct a Special Meeting on Thursday, August 8, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. to discuss the FY14 Budget. The meeting will be held in the Grace Knight Conference Room, located on the second floor of the Alachua County Administration building located at 12 SE 1st Street, downtown Gainesville.

The meeting will consist of presentations from the following departments:

Support Services Group

1:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Administrative Services

2:15 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. Information Telecommunications Services

Community Support Services

3 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Community Support Services

3:45 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. Fire Rescue

4:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Court Services

Citizens are encouraged to attend this meeting. The meeting will be available to view live on Cox Channel 12 or on the County’s Video on Demand website.
