3-7-19 Development Review Committee Meeting

The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, March 7, 2019, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (room 209) of the County Administration Building located at 12 S.E. 1st Street downtown Gainesville.

Items for the Development Review Committee:

Celebration Pointe TOD - The Commons - Parcel 4 – This is a Revised Final Development Plan Review for an approximately 8,774 square feet restaurant on approximately 2.09 acres located in the 4000 block of S.W. 43rd Street. Sapp Boat Dock and Boathouse – This is a Final Development Plan and Floodplain Development Permit Review for an extension of an existing dock in excess of 1,000 square feet and greater than 20% of the property width at the lateral shoreline to add boathouse on approximately 0.5 acre located at 21124 N.E. 117th Avenue. Petty Boat Dock – This is a Final Development Plan and Floodplain Development Permit Review for a new boat dock in excess of 1,000 square feet on approximately 0.76 acre located at 22916 N.E. 69th Avenue.
