7-7-22 Development Review Committee Meeting

The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at the Alachua County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, Gainesville). This meeting begins at 1:30 p.m. Masks for vulnerable citizens are strongly recommended.

The Committee will take public comment in person only. The public may view the meeting on Cox Cable Channel 12 and the County's Video on Demand website.

Items for the Development Review Committee Meeting:

Abiding Faith Church Parking – This is a Revised Final Development Plan to convert existing gravel parking to paved parking area totaling 12,019 sq. ft. of asphalt pavement on approximately 5.01 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 06184-000-000 at 6529 N.W. 39th Avenue. View the Staff Report and Back-up Materials

Gainesville Area Rowing Facility – This is a Revised Final Development Plan and Floodplain Development Permit for the replat of Lot 38 in Ridgemont Subdivision to update setbacks to allow for an accessory setback of 7.5 feet in the rear yard. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 04321-053-038 at 1830 N.W. 112th Drive. View the Staff Report and Back-up Materials

Island Grove Farms – This is a Replat to combine lots 1 and 2 into one platted lot on approximately 12 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 20278-010-001 at 19593 S.E. 219th Lane. View the Staff Report and Back-up Materials

Faith Presbyterian Church Building Addition – This is a Revised Final Development Plan for a proposed 7,500 sq. ft. fellowship hall on approximately 5 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 06048-002-000 at 5916 N.W. 39th Avenue. View the Staff Report and Back-up Materials
