Unincorporated County residents looking for updated debris collection information can visit the Alachua County Solid Waste and Resource Recovery After the Storm website. This website is updated regularly.
The website includes a large debris collection map showing areas where collection crews are currently working as well as areas where crews have finished their first pass. There is also important information on debris preparation, updates about containerized debris clean up, and a list of locations and schedules for County residents who wish to drop off their debris (a driver’s license and a utility bill are required for proof of residence).
There are additional resources on the site for FEMA, Alachua County Emergency Management, and other useful information.
