4-H Dog Day is the kickoff event for the new 4-H dog training program in Alachua County. Families can come to the Extension Office with their dogs on April 7, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for activities, a hot dog lunch, a dog agility demonstration, and information on upcoming dog training for 4-H members. Future trainings will include dog agility, obedience, rally, and more. Dogs must be current on rabies vaccination.
