The Alachua County Clerk’s Office has a new service available to assist Pro Se litigants called TurboCourt. The service works similar to TurboTax. Users are asked a series of questions and the needed paperwork is made available for filing. TurboCourt is available now for Divorce, Domestic Violence, Small Claims, and Eviction Cases.

Alachua County Clerk’s Office has a new service available called TurboCourt.” He continued, “With easy-to-follow questions, TurboCourt guides a filer through the necessary paperwork, so everything is prepared and ready to file. It is hard to beat the assistance of a trained attorney. However, I am committed to access to justice for everyone, and hope this service will help open the doors to those who previously found it unattainable.”
