Spice It Up The Healthy Way With Herbs Workshop – January 9, from 10 a.m. to noon
This workshop gives tips and suggestions for using herbs to reduce sodium in the diet. Individuals will take home some herb blends and a booklet with herb information.
Pre-registration is required (by January 4). The cost is $15.00. Participants must register online. There are no refunds for registration costs.
This workshop is subject to cancellation if less than 10 people are registered. If it is cancelled, the registration fee will be reimbursed.
Meals in a Minute with an Instant Pot® – January 17, from 9:30 a.m. to noon
Topics include reducing cooking time by 80% with an Instant Pot, selection and use of an Instant Pot®, preparing frozen meat that is tender, and preparing a meal in one pot. Participants will taste test items prepared, and take home a booklet with Instant Pot® information.
Pre-registration is required (by January 11). The cost is $20.00. Participants must register online. There are no refunds for registration costs.
