March Environmental Horticulture Program

The UF/IFAS Extension Alachua County Office is pleased to announce the following Environmental Horticulture program for March 2023. Dr. Cynthia Nazario-Leary, Environmental Horticulture Agent and Master Gardener Volunteers offer this program.

Resilient Landscapes and Garden Planning – March 14, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Alachua County Ag Auditorium (22716 W. Newberry Road, Newberry,)

In this workshop, participants learn about edible and native landscaping options. Participants will learn how to create a productive and beautiful landscape while minimizing labor, and inputs, such as water and fertilizer.

There is no registration fee, but participants must register online​. This class is limited to 100 participants.
