Small Farm & Homestead Farm Processing Safety & Success – October 30, from 10 a.m. to noon, at the Working Group Community Center (2219 N.W. 10th Avenue, Gainesville)
Topics include food safety basics, Cottage Food update, farm processing meat and eggs. This program is also presented by Dr. Cindy Sanders and Anna Prizzia.
