1-23-20 Development Review Committee Meeting

Development Review CommitteeThe Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, January 23, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (room 209) of the County Administration Building located at 12 S.E. 1st Street downtown Gainesville.

Items for the Development Review Committee:

Park’s Edge Subdivision – This is a Preliminary and Final Plan and Plat for a 7-lot single family residential subdivision on approximately 6.99 acres located on Tax Parcel Number 04215-001-023 at 13429 N.W. 32nd Place. Simmons Boat Dock – This is a Final Development Plan and Floodplain Development Permit for a proposed boat dock over 1,000 sq. ft. and raised walkway on approximately 4.35 acres located on Tax Parcel Number 18857-010-059 at 4628 N.E. 220th Terrace, Earlton, FL. Due to schedule conflicts, the Development Review Committee Meeting will not be televised on Cox Cable Channel 12 or the County’s Video on Demand website. The public is invited to attend the meeting.
