The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, Feb. 19, 2025, in the Jack Durrance Auditorium on the second floor of the Alachua County Administration Building (12 SE 1st St., Gainesville). This meeting begins at 1:30 p.m.
The committee will take public comments in person only. The meeting is not available live on Cox Channel 12, but is available on the AC TV app (Apple TV, Amazon Fire, Roku), and the county’s video-on-demand website.
Items for the Development Review Committee meeting:
Town of Tioga South Annex Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) - Phase 22 – This is a Final Development Plan and Plat to construct a single-family residential subdivision with 29 lots (first subphase of TND), and associated infrastructure on 17.2 acres. It is located on a portion of Tax Parcel Number 04417-001-000 between the 13200 and 13600 Blocks of SW 12th Lane, south of Town of Tioga Phase 21.
Havenwood Reserve – This is a Preliminary Development Plan for a residential subdivision with 22 lots on approximately 34.20 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Numbers 06839-002-000 and 06841-002-000 between the 7000 Block of SW 34th Place and west of SW 67th Street.
Anderson Dock and Boathouse – This is a Final Development Plan and Flood Plain Development Permit to remove an existing dock and construct an approximately 814 SF dock. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 20050-007-000 at 15218 SE US HWY 301.
Wainwright Dock and Boathouse – This is a Final Development Plan and Flood Plain Development Permit to remove an existing walkway and construct an approximately 892 SF boathouse in its place. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 05677-0-00000 at 4352 SE CR 21B with Worley Construction & Associates Inc. as agents. Future Land Use; Zoning District.
St. Francis Catholic Academy Planned Development - Cafetorium – This is a Revised Final Development Plan to construct an approximately 6,360 sq. ft. cafetorium to serve an existing private school on approximately 66.25 acres. It is located on a portion of Tax Parcel Number 04193-005-000 at 4100 NW 115th Terrace.
