The Alachua County Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at the Alachua County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, Gainesville). This meeting begins at 6 p.m. Masks are strongly encouraged when social distancing is not possible.

The Committee will take public comment in person only. The public may view the meeting on the County's Video on Demand website.

ZOM-04-22 (Fletcher's Financial rezoning) – This is a request by Ryan Thompson of CHW Inc., agent, for Fletcher’s Center West, LLC, owners, to rezone from the BR (Business, Retail Sales and Services) and BW (Wholesale and Warehousing) zoning districts to the BH (Highway Oriented Business) zoning district. The site has a future land use designation of Commercial (Jonesville Activity Center) and is approximately 1.02 acres, located on tax parcel number 04344-007-002 at 14133 W. Newberry Rd.
