(owner) for a large-scale land use amendment, amending the future land use designation from Rural/Agriculture (one dwelling unit per five acres) to Institutional on approximately 580 acres located on Parcel #04492-001-001 on the east side of SW 122nd Street (Parker Road), south of Myra Terwilliger Elementary School.
