The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, April 16, 2026, in the Jack Durrance Auditorium on the second floor of the Alachua County Administration Building (12 SE 1st St., Gainesville). This meeting begins at 1:30 p.m.
The committee will take public comments in person only. The meeting is not available live on Cox Channel 12, but is available on the AC TV app (Apple TV, Amazon Fire, Roku), and the county’s video-on-demand website.

Publix Super Market at Tower Square – This is a Revised Final Development Plan to demolish and reconstruct a 54,964 sq. ft. grocery store on a portion of the existing shopping center with paving, grading, and utility improvements on 14.58 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 06861-001-003 at 5801 SW 75th Street with eda consultants, inc. as agents.
