Z22-000002 (Kirkland rezoning from R-1a District to R-1c District) – This is a request by Charles and Denise Kirkland, owners, to rezone from the ‘R-1a’ (Single Family Residential) district to the ‘R-1c’ (Single Family Residential) district with a Lochloosa Rural Cluster land use designation. The parcel is approximately 0.23 acres on parcel number 20077-005-000. It is located at 15326 S.E. US Highway 301. Z22-000003 (Tara Larga rezoning from RE-1 District to R-1a District) – This is request by JB Pro, agent, for Tara Larga LLC, owner, to rezone from RE-1 (Single Family Residential) district to R-1a (Single Family Residential) district on approximately 28 acres located on Parcel 04423-001-000. The parcel has a land use designation of Low-Density Residential (1-4 dwelling units per acre). It is located on S.W. 8th Avenue near Parker Road. If the rezoning is approved, the maximum number of single-family units allowed on this 28 acre parcel would increase from 56 to 112.
