The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2026, in the Jack Durrance Auditorium on the second floor of the Alachua County Administration Building (12 SE 1st St., Gainesville). This meeting begins at 1:30 p.m.
The committee will take public comments in person only. The meeting is not available live on Cox Channel 12, but is available on the AC TV app (Apple TV, Amazon Fire, Roku), and the county’s video-on-demand website.
Items for the Development Review Committee meeting:
NW 110th Avenue Rural Subdivision – This is a Preliminary and Final Development Plan and Plat for three lots on 15 acres. It is located on a portion of Tax Parcel Numbers 04008-005-005 and 04008-005-003 at 16817 NW 110th Avenue.
UF Psych Hospital addition and Renovations – This is a Revised Final Development Plan for an approximately 12,800 sq. ft. expansion of an existing hospital and associated infrastructure improvements on approximately 20.60 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 06041-003-000 at 4101 NW 89th Blvd.
