County Broadband Initiative Hosts Digital Literacy Event

The Alachua County Broadband Initiative is hosting its first digital literacy event on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, in partnership with Kinetic.

The event will focus on cybersecurity tools for everyday use and will be held at the High Springs Alachua County Library Branch (23779 U.S. Hwy 27, High Springs) from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The program will introduce essential technology skills for navigating today’s digital world safely and confidently. Digital Literacy education focuses on enhancing your digital life by teaching the skills needed to use a computer and the internet at home, work, or school.

The event is the first of eight Kinetic Digital Literacy Program events as a part of the Alachua County Broadband Deployment Assistance grant.
