The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025, in the Jack Durrance Auditorium on the second floor of the Alachua County Administration Building (12 SE 1st St., Gainesville). This meeting begins at 1:30 p.m.
The committee will take public comments in person only. The meeting is not available live on Cox Channel 12, but is available on the AC TV app (Apple TV, Amazon Fire, Roku), and the county’s video-on-demand website.

Cross Creek Parcel A North – This is a Minor Development Plan for Cross Creek Parcel A North to determine a 1-acre home site on approximately 29.52 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 20179-000-000 at SE 212th Lane, Hawthorne.
Cross Creek Parcel B South – This is a Minor Development Plan for Cross Creek Parcel B South to determine a 1-acre home site on approximately 26.61 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 20179-001-000 at SE 212th Lane, Hawthorne.
Jonesville Business Park Planned Development - Steeplechase Shopping Center Ace Hardware – This is a Revised Final Development Plan for Jonesville Business Park Planned Development - Steeplechase Shopping Center Ace Hardware to construct a 7,043 sq. ft outdoor storage area and two electric vehicle charging spaces on approximately 0.16 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 04341-001-012 at 202 NW 140th Terrace, Newberry.
