This edition of Alachua County Talks features an interview with Blue Oven Kitchens President Val Leitner. Leitner discusses the creation of the nonprofit Blue Oven Kitchens commercial kitchen rental service as well as future plans for the establishment. In speaking of the program Alachua County Talks host Mark Sexton said, “Ms. Leitner has been an integral part of the creation of Blue Oven Kitchens and a prominent voice for local agriculture and independent businesses in the region.”
