The Crisis Line is a 24-hour telephone crisis intervention and counseling service offered by trained phone counselors under the supervision of the Crisis Center Staff. At minimum, all phone counselors have successfully completed a rigorous 80-hour training program and receive continued supervision and guidance from Crisis Center staff.
