The meeting is in the Jack Durrance Auditorium on the second floor of the Alachua County Administration Building (12 SE 1st St., Gainesville). The daytime meeting begins at 11:30 a.m. The evening meeting is canceled.

​During Thursday night’s meeting, commissioners voted 2–2 on a motion to repeal the ordinance restricting alcohol sales inside city limits without a special permit. The ordinance also limits non-restaurant businesses, like breweries, from selling alcohol on Sundays.
