Brian Singleton Appointed President of the Florida Association of County Engineers and Road SuperintendentsAlachua County is very proud to announce that Assistant Public Works Director Brian M. Singleton has been appointed President of the Florida Association of County Engineers and Road Superintendents (FACERS). The mission of FACERS is to foster and maintain a high professional spirit among the members, provide instructive and entertaining programs of interest to the members, and to provide an organization through which the public works programs may be coordinated among Florida’s Counties, Municipalities, and other governmental agencies.

In speaking of the appointment, Singleton said, “FACERS is a great forum for education, training, communication, and sharing ideas and best practices with your peers. We are very involved with legislative issues at the state and federal level.  It is my honor to serve as the president.”
